Family for Every Child is looking for a curious, entrepreneurial and highly collaborative Senior International Innovation Manager to lead innovation across our organisation and global network of 60+ local civil society organisations in more than 45 countries.
This is a new and exciting role, working directly with our CEO, with a broad remit to identify, test and scale new ideas that can strengthen our impact, sustainability and organisational effectiveness. You’ll be responsible for turning promising ideas into practical solutions, experimenting, learning quickly and recognising when something works well enough to take further.
The role will include:
- Leading innovation projects from concept through to implementation
- Exploring how AI, digital technology and emerging trends can improve our impact and effectiveness
- Championing agile ways of working, experimentation and design thinking
- Developing new approaches to international collaboration and localisation
- Building partnerships and bringing colleagues, members and external partners with you
- Identifying what works, measuring impact and helping successful innovations become part of our mainstream work
We’re looking for someone who combines strong project management and change skills with curiosity, creativity and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Are you someone who is comfortable asking 'what if?', testing new approaches and learning from what doesn’t work? Then, you might be the person for the job.
The role is:
- Home-based in the UK, Kenya or India
- 2–3 days per week
- One-year fixed-term contract, with potential for renewal depending on strategic direction
- Flexible working across international time zones
- Salary: c£55k depending on experience
- You'll be reporting directly to our CEO
