“Untangled” is a co-created, arts-based pilot tool for child and family mental health practitioners. It offers guidance for delivering a simple creative activity that helps create a comfortable space for conversation while enabling participants to experience the benefits of creative engagement. Practitioners are encouraged to draw on their professional judgment and experience alongside this guidance.

Untangled was co-created with practitioners, artists and researchers during the ArtEase project, led by Kristýna Skriczka and Kirrily Pells at University College London in collaboration with Family for Every Child and Bee Creative Art Hub.

Untangled is available in English and Latin American Spanish and is free to download from UCL Discovery https://discovery.ucl.ac.uk/id/eprint/10231738/
