Join us to launch the first ever Global Kinship Care Week, which will run from 7th - 13th October 2024!
In this first of two webinars we will come together to unpack what kinship care means around the world. We will explore what kinship care means to practitioners, caregivers and children globally and its role in family strengthening and prevention of family breakdown.
We will hear examples from Blessing Mutama from Farm Orphan Support Trust (FOST) in Zimbabwe and Raju Ghimire from Voice of Children in Nepal. We will also speak to Gemma Carroll from Kinship UK, about the annual UK Kinship Care week, how it started and the plans for this coming October.

This webinar will take place in English, with Spanish, French and Arabic interpretation available.
